Pathless path to Self

To walk the pathless path and go through the gateless gate, self-discovery is a personal journey. However, you are not alone, and nobody is alone.

 

The days are gone when self-knowledge was transferred directly from the master to the disciple. Today, in this period of technological revolution, any information is available at key stroke of your device, if you are open to it. However, no technology can replace the direct guidance from someone who is walking the path. 

 

Is there an end to self-discovery?

No, it is an eternal experience and eternal expansion. So this is just the beginning of one’s journey in the cosmos.

 

Remember that it is your inner journey. YOU know the best about yourself. No one can tell you what is good for you. So the first step for you is to get in touch with your own being, which can be done most effectively through meditaiton. 

 

Mindfulness is a proven technique over millennia to reduce suffering and improve quality of life by bringing the body, mind, and spirit to alignment.

 

There are several meditation, and mindfulness practices. Basically, any mindfulness and meditation practice is to help us intentionally focus in the present moment and enable us to see our internal landscape as an observer. From this place, one can regulate, manage, integrate, and transcend their unconscious, emotional reactive patterns.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is the first step. One needs to be aware to do any inner work.

 

Secondly, know that our body, mind and spirit are interconnected. Our every experience is stored in our body. Every repressed, supressed, neglected, ignored feelings, thoughts and any unconscious patterns are registered and stored in our body.

 

Every emotion we denied ourselves to feel, every unresolved trauma, big or small, and every unconscious pattern and limiting belief govern our everyday experiences. Even physcial illnesses are refelction of the mind at some level. 

 

Emotional Evolution is my trademark technique that combines the knowledge of modern day emotional intelligence and tools described in ancient scriptures to identify, manage and grow in your emotional state.

 

Emotional evolution identifies our emotional knots using modern day concept of emotional intelligence, and provides techniques from ancient scriptures to experience, experiment, integrate and transcend emotions to achieve coherence.

 

It is a three stage process. 

 

Stage 1: ALLOW - Expereince and Experiment

                You learn to name and label all your emotions.

                 You learn to understand the triggers and unconscious reactive patterns

 

Stage 2: BALANCE - Integrate and transcend

                 You learn to consciously choose responses 

 

Stage 3: CREATE - Create

                Create your own expereinces out of coherence.           

 

 

The above is a general overall apprach. Since everyone is different, we need to adopt, modify, expand and amend our technique to suit the individual need. 

 

There are several ways of ALLOWING. Allowing can happen in layers and may / may not take long time. It depends on the density of our conditioning, resistence to change and what we are ready to allow. Life will guide us. Trust the process and be patient with yourselves, loving yourselves all the way.

 

The outer world is the reflection of our inner world. So let us see us in each other, see ourselves in everyone and in everything until we experience that there is no 'other'.

ALLOW - BALANCE - CREATE

 
I am dedicated to support you opening a new path of life that leads to recognising who you really are, to function from that palce of conscious awareness & love and to live a harmonious life.

 

Sit comfortably in a quiet place for five to ten minutes to begin with. Follow your breath going in and out without any judgement. Don't worry about the thoughts, they come and go. Put your attention on your breathing.

After some time, you will be able to gently go to your mind and see your thoughts without judgement, as passing clouds. Slowly and eventually, you can recognise a gap between any two successive thoughts. bingo. That is the gap you need to put your attention now. Longer you stay in the gap, deeper your awareness grows.
